Degree in Physical Sciences with a specialization in Nuclear Physics from UAM Madrid. After 8 years leading various departments and stores for the Decathlon brand in Spain, Moncho decided to start from scratch with the beautiful Levaduramadre project. Moncho brought in his partner and adventure companion, Iñaky de la Cuesta, and together they developed the Levaduramadre chain with a strong focus on customer service and a strong commercial aspect.
